Basic policy for eliminating antisocial forces

FrontDoor Co., Ltd. of Shimoya Shoten FrontDoor has established the following basic policy in order to block all relationships with anti-social forces including gangsters that pose a threat to the order and safety of civil society.

1. We will address the unreasonable demands of antisocial forces as an organization as a whole without leaving it to the person in charge or the department in charge.
2. In preparation for unreasonable demands of antisocial forces, we will work in cooperation with external organizations such as police, violence exile campaign promotion center, lawyers, etc. systematically and appropriately.
3. We do not respond to unreasonable demands by antisocial forces at all, we will legally respond from both civil and criminal side.
4. We will not respond to funds for antisocial forces or back trade.
5. We will ensure the safety of executives and employees to respond to unfair demands by antisocial forces.
